Payments:
Payments are made four weeks in advance. 3 sessions/week = 12 sessions; 2 sessions/week = 8 sessions; 1 session/week = 4 sessions. Payment is due on the last session of the training cycle. NO REFUNDS ON TRAINING FEES
Cancellations & Arriving Late:
Cancellations can be made up to twenty-four hours in advance of session, otherwise client will be charged for that workout. Trainer will wait a minimum of 15 minutes for late clients, after that client forfeits that session. When client arrives late the time will be deducted from session.
Rescheduling:
Rescheduling appointments will be allowed up to twenty-four hours prior to the scheduled session without penalty.
